Originally from Arizona, RED (Bob Darnell known for his detailed restorations) rode BMX freestyle vert and flatland for the Arizona Bare Cover trick team, and is a former factory Harley Davidson and Honda motorcycle instructor. He is the founder of Classic Vespa of Phoenix and author of the Piaggio-approved book, "How to Restore and Maintain Your Vespa Motorscooter." RED continues his work as a mechanical artisan and professional builder of Italian motorscooters, motorcycles, vintage hotrods, and BMX bicycles. His vision and keen machine knowledge are sought after by enthusiasts with various restoration projects, from California to Florida. Projects are by appointment only with shop rate at $75 per billable hour.
